What is Ping VPN?
Ping VPN is a fast, secure, private VPN built for Africa by Ping Africa. It encrypts the traffic leaving your device and routes it through our servers so your connection stays private and your real location stays hidden.
The essentials
- Protocol: WireGuard — modern, lean, and fast.
- Encryption: AES‑256.
- Logging: a strict no‑logs policy. We don't record your browsing.
- Coverage: servers across Africa, with more added over time.
How it works
When you connect, the app builds an encrypted tunnel from your device to a Ping VPN server. Everything between you and that server is unreadable to anyone in between — your network operator, the café Wi‑Fi, or a snooping device on the same network.
