  • Protection of your IP address and online activity
  • Cross-platform applications for various devices

3. User Accounts

To use Ping VPN, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
  • Not share your account with others

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Ping VPN for:

  • Any illegal activities or to violate any laws
  • Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code

5. Payment and Subscriptions

Subscription fees are billed according to your selected plan. Payments are processed securely through our payment partners including M-Pesa. Refunds may be available within 7 days of purchase if you experience technical issues we cannot resolve.

6. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect service availability. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ping VPN is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
