1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ping VPN services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Ping VPN provides virtual private network (VPN) services that encrypt your internet connection and protect your online privacy. Our service includes:

  • Encrypted VPN connections using WireGuard protocol
  • Access to servers in multiple locations
  • Protection of your IP address and online activity
  • Cross-platform applications for various devices

3. User Accounts

To use Ping VPN, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
  • Not share your account with others

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Ping VPN for:

  • Any illegal activities or to violate any laws
  • Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Sending spam or unsolicited communications
  • Attempting to hack, attack, or compromise any systems
  • Copyright infringement or intellectual property violations
  • Harassment, abuse, or harm to others

5. Payment and Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are purchased on the web and billed according to your selected plan. We accept M-Pesa, Visa/Mastercard (via card), and PayPal. PayPal and card subscriptions renew automatically each billing period; M-Pesa payments are one-time and require manual renewal. Refunds may be available within 7 days of purchase if you experience technical issues we cannot resolve.

6. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect service availability. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time through your account dashboard or your PayPal account. After cancellation, Premium access continues until the end of the paid period, then the account returns to the free (ad-supported) tier.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ping VPN is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
